You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

UK Standard shipping : 3 - 5 working days

UK Express shipping : 1 - 2 working days 

International shipping 5+ working days (Worldwide)

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. 

Please note that DESEPT STUDIO does not cover customs charges for international orders. 

Ensure all order details are accurate, as we cannot modify the delivery address under any circumstances.

If you would like to exchange or refund an item you have received contact us via email deseptstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. You must wait for a return address to be sent to you via email as the address for exchanges/returns are different. We are not liable for any items sent to the wrong return address/ an address not stated to you via email. Please note that exchanges can only be processed with like for like items. In addition, any items that have been worn, used, washed/ not in its original state and or not in the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be considered. FTP items, giveback orders/sale items cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged for the right size.
